Thank you for inquiring about our apartments. My name is Maria and I'm the Resident Manager of Kathyrn Commons.

 

 

 

Our apartments run from $1395 for a 1 bedroom to $1595 for a 2 bedroom, rent includes heat and hot water, the property has laundry facilities and we welcome pets.

 

 

 

We do not have any vacancies at this time but if you give me more information such as a phone number and the size of apartment your interested in, I can put you on our waiting list and give you a call as soon as one becomes available.
