STEP ONE - APPLY

    2. Pay $20 non-refundable application fee.
    3. Give check or money order for 1 month’s rent

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS:

    1. Good Credit Record
    2. Income = 3 times rent

 

STEP TWO - WAIT 2-3 DAYS

THE OFFICE WILL CHECK YOUR BACKGROUND AND YOUR CREDIT. YOUR HOME AND YOUR JOB WILL GET CALLED.

STEP THREE - GET REJECTED

If you are rejected, your rent check will be returned.

OR,

STEP THREE - GET ACCEPTED

If you are accepted, you may sign a lease.

STEP FOUR - SIGN THE LEASE and bring the following:

    1. Check or money order for 1 and ½ months security
    2. $35 for key and smoke detector deposit
    3. Copy of Picture I.D.
